Preparation Instructions
Frying Pan Method:
- Pre-heat cooking oil.
- Add the frozen Shami Kabab in hot oil.
- Fry it for 4 to 5 minutes or until fully fry.
- Do not defrost.
- Appliances and utensils vary; adjust frying time accordingly.
Deep Frying Method:
- Pre-heat the cooking oil to frying temperature (1700C – 1800C).
- Deep fry frozen Shami Kabab for 2-3 minutes or until it gets golden brown.
