Preparation Instructions

Frying Pan Method:

  • Pre-heat cooking oil.
  • Add the frozen Shami Kabab in hot oil.
  • Fry it for 4 to 5 minutes or until fully fry.
  • Do not defrost.
  • Appliances and utensils vary; adjust frying time accordingly.

Deep Frying Method:

  • Pre-heat the cooking oil to frying temperature (1700C – 1800C).
  • Deep fry frozen Shami Kabab for 2-3 minutes or until it gets golden brown.
