Baklava
Baklava is a layered pastry dessert made of layers of thin dough called Yufka that are layered on top of each other. Fillings are made up of crushed pistachios, walnuts, hazelnuts, or simply a combination of nuts. A thin layer of melted butter is drizzled over the dish before it is baked and drenched in syrup.
